Fitness Programs

A dedicated personal training program is a guaranteed way to get maximum results quickly and safely.  Health & Longevity Fitness specializes in one-on-one or small group (2-3 person max) personal training.  We perform a comprehensive fitness assessment on new clients, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, physical limitations, body composition and current diet. Based on this profile, we will pair you with one of our highly trained, certified personal trainers who we know will be a perfect fit for meeting your particular fitness goal.  Be prepared to experience the intensity of a personal training program that produces immediate, long-lasting results.

Push your body to the limit – heart and muscle. Our boot camp combines resistance training with high-intensity intervals to increase cardiovascular efficiency, strength, and, best of all, burn calories like crazy.

Health & Longevity Fitness specializes in sports performance training – making baseball, football, volleyball (whatever your sport may be)  athletes faster, stronger, and more explosive.   Our sports performance training programs, led by an elite staff of experienced certified trainers, are designed for youth, middle school, high school, college and professional athletes  at any athletic ability.  We will customize a training program tailored to your individual, sports-specific needs.  Choose to train one-on-one or in small group sessions. Become a better athlete. Achieve optimal performance.

Health & Longevity offers post-rehabilitation training for athletes or non-athletes that have been released from physical therapy and are ready to rebuild their physical independence. Our certified staff will safely train you to help you regain your strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our programs include: core training, stretching, posture correction and nutritional guidance. We will also help identify and correct any muscular imbalances that may cause the same repetitive injuries.  (Please note: Our state-of-the-art studio offers handicap access.)
