Mike has more than 12 years of experience as a personal trainer. Holding 3 N.A.S.M
certifications, Mike is well-rounded and very knowledgeable. He specializes in
bodybuilding, weight loss, stretching, and corrective exercise. He guides
clients though safe and effective workouts while helping them realize their
fitness goals. He seeks to educate his clients in a way that produces healthy
lifestyle habits, so clients learn how to get fit and stay fit.
