John has been training for 6 years and has 2 years of experience in gym management.
Certified by N.A.S.M., he specializes in weight loss, muscle building, youth
and sports training. He enjoys helping people exceed their own potential and
realizing a greater level of fitness. He leads clients through intense workouts
emphasizing form and functionality. John appreciates hard work and drive,
encouraging clients to find what truly motivates them.
